What the posting says
Become part of our mission
With high-end software engineering, we inspire our customers every day through digital transformation projects. What makes the decisive difference in our success? Our XITASOnians - the people who go above and beyond every day. As part of our agile talent development, we ensure that every individual at XITASO can reach their full potential right from the start.
During your working student position, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape agile talent development up close - from supporting our mentoring system to employee satisfaction and exciting future topics such as the use of AI in talent development. We look forward to seeing the impact you’ll make through a variety of operational and conceptual tasks!
We’re interested in a long-term collaboration and are flexible in structuring the working student position. The expected number of hours is 20 hours per week.
These tasks interest you
You’ll provide support across various areas of talent development, such as the design of new development formats or the further enhancement of our agile feedback structures.
You’ll contribute to the continuous optimization of our internal mentoring system and play an active role in the co-creation of various mentoring formats and tools.
You’ll take responsibility for the area of employee satisfaction as your own project - from preparation and regular execution to deriving concrete actions from our employee satisfaction survey, as well as ensuring its continuous improvement and valid foundation.
You’ll assist with operational tasks in talent development, such as organizational tasks in preparing training events or maintaining data.
Together with us, you’ll explore how AI can facilitate and enrich our agile talent development.
You’ll take on research tasks and in-depth analyses, such as cross-comparisons of mentoring concepts in other agile organizations, human empowerment in dealing with complexity and ambiguity, and motivation and empowerment outside of hierarchical structures.
That makes you stand out
You are studying (Business) Psychology or HR Management or are pursuing a comparable degree program - in the second half of your bachelor’s program or in your master’s program.
You have already gained some professional experience in the field of HR, ideally in Talent Development.
You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new, complex topics, such as agile talent development or lateral leadership.
You’re excited to learn new tools and have an affinity for and openness to working with AI.
You’re an excellent team player and stand out for your enthusiasm, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
You are open to serving as a workshop facilitator on a long-term basis or speaking internally on talent development topics.
