About Codesphere

Codesphere is a Virtual Cloud Provider from Germany building the future of sovereign cloud infrastructure. Our platform gives enterprises and governments full sovereignty without giving up modern cloud capability – a vision recently validated by a series of multi-million European government tenders.

Since our founding in Karlsruhe in 2020, we’ve expanded into an international team of 60+ experts. Based in Karlsruhe and Munich and backed by top-tier investors, we are chasing a bold vision.

We’re scaling fast and would love for you to join us and grow alongside us 🚀

As our Working Student in the CEO Office (m/f/d), you’ll work directly with the CEO and support the operational backbone that keeps him focused on what matters most.

This is not a classic student job. You’ll get real insight into how a fast-scaling tech company is led, support high-stakes decisions, and take ownership of tasks that actually matter – from day one.

What You’ll Drive

You support the CEO in organizational and administrative matters – keeping priorities straight and the calendar under control

You coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items

You work closely with the Founder’s Associate – supporting and learning from someone who owns the CEO Office day-to-day

You handle research requests and prepare concise, decision-ready summaries

You assist with travel coordination and expense reporting

You communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf

You support ongoing projects in areas like automation, digitalization, and process optimization

You take ownership of ad hoc tasks and jump in where needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

Currently enrolled in a degree programme – ideally in business, management, economics, or a related field

Highly organized, reliable, and discreet – you handle sensitive information with care

Strong communicator in both German and English, written and spoken

Proactive mindset – you anticipate needs rather than waiting to be asked

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment

Available for 16–20 hours per week

What You’ll Tell People You Are Part Of

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder of one of Europe’s most ambitious cloud companies – with real visibility into how strategic decisions are made.

We’re proving European technology can outperform US hyperscalers – and you’ll be part of that proof.

Join early enough to shape where this goes, late enough to know it’s already working.

…on top of that

Steep learning curve – fast-moving environment, real ownership, and a front-row seat to scaling a company

Study-first flexibility – easily adjust your working hours around lectures and exam periods, combined with our hybrid work setup

Long-term perspective – we focus on lasting relationships and aim to bring you on board permanently after graduation

EGYM Wellpass & on-site gym – get access to thousands of sports and wellness facilities nationwide, plus our free in-house gym in Karlsruhe

Meal allowance – up to 15 digital vouchers per month, adding up to over €100 net for you

Employee events – from team offsites to regular get-togethers

Great public transport links – both offices are within walking distance of tram and metro stops
