Job description

Kranus Health is one of Europe's best-funded digital health companies, developing evidence-based digital therapies in urology (Kranus Mictera, Edera, and Lutera). We combine medical expertise and modern technology to give patients easy, discreet access to specialized care.

We're looking for a working student to join our team in Berlin for 15–20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and business. You'll keep our CRM data reliable and learn how the numbers drive decisions across our teams.

Your Tasks

Keep our CRM data clean. You'll maintain our HubSpot data (B2C and B2B) by merging duplicates, fixing incomplete records, and standardizing properties.

Support teams across the company. You'll work with our CRM Manager on lists, exports, property updates, and reports for marketing, sales, and patient journeys.

Connect CRM and BI. You'll run regular checks between HubSpot and Power BI and flag discrepancies to our BI and CRM leads.

Grow with new projects. You'll take part in new CRM initiatives, from setting up properties and lists to testing workflows, and gain hands-on experience with automation tools along the way.

Make your work last. You'll document cleanup rules and processes, and make small adjustments to HTML-based content when needed.

Your Toolkit

Master's student, or final-year Bachelor's student, in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (filters, lookups, pivot tables), and comfortable working with larger datasets.

A structured, detail-oriented working style and careful handling of sensitive health data (GDPR).

Fluent English (company language) and German at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have: experience with HubSpot, Power BI, automation tools (e.g., Make), or basic SQL.

Would you like to help shape the future of digital healthcare with us? Apply now with your CV. We look forward to getting to know you!
