As a Working Student (m/f/d) Data Operations & Process Support ...

We’re looking for a working student (m/f/d) for up to 20 hours per week, starting immediately, to support our daily operations with campaign plans, calculations, and data preparation and maintenance.

Your responsibilities:

You help make processes more efficient and develop solutions for structured data preparation and maintenance.

You contribute ideas on how recurring tasks can be automated or simplified.

You take ownership of maintaining and developing spreadsheets, e.g. for our clients and partners, status tracking or data reconciliation.

You support incoming requests from the operations team, e.g. sheet adjustments, new automations or data validation.

You document functions, automations and workflows in a way others can easily understand.

WHAT WE OFFER

Fair pay for up to 20 hours per week

A meaningful role with direct impact. You take workload off our Product Owner and, with that, the entire operations team.

Varied tasks and individual onboarding. Every question is different, and so is every process. During your onboarding, you’ll get to know various methods and tools that make your daily work easier.

Flexible working. Work from our beautiful office at Oldenburg’s city harbour or, by arrangement, from home. After your onboarding phase, partial remote work is possible.

You’re an enrolled student in business, business informatics, IT, data science or a similar field.

You already have hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (formulas, pivot tables, possibly simple automations/scripting), or you can convince us of your skills in another way.

You work in a structured, independent, reliable and solution-oriented way.

You’re interested in tools, processes and data, and you enjoy making things better.

You speak excellent German and good English (at least B2 level).
