Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from&nbsp;<strong>more than one million investors</strong> which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.</p></div><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Team</strong></span></p> <p>The <strong>Synchronised Model Deposit Operations Team</strong> is a specialized unit within the Operations Department responsible for the technical and operational management of real-time deposit flows for partners using Portal, Hybrid, and Automation integration models. In these models, the Deposit-taking Bank (DtB) remains the source of truth for the deposit ledger, and the team ensures Raisin’s systems stay aligned with the bank's records.</p> <p><br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Payment &amp; Sync Governance:</strong> Execute and supervise real-time automated payment flows. Perform manual interventions and corrective postings under the Four-Eyes Principle to resolve synchronization lags and ensure transaction finality.</li> <li data-path-to-node="1,1"><strong data-path-to-node="1,1" data-index-in-node="0">Data Integrity &amp; Reconciliation:</strong> Conduct daily high-frequency reconciliations between internal ledgers and partner bank data. Investigate "out-of-sync" scenarios to ensure permanent data parity and maintain audit-proof documentation.</li> <li data-path-to-node="1,2"><strong data-path-to-node="1,2" data-index-in-node="0">Partner &amp; SLA Management:</strong> Serve as the primary operational liaison for Sync Model DtBs. Monitor interface uptime and latency in accordance with regulation, leading root cause analyses for any technical drifts.</li> <li data-path-to-node="1,3"><strong data-path-to-node="1,3" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Integration:</strong> Coordinate tech enhancements and system releases. Lead Operational Validation to ensure that technical rollouts maintain system stability and data integrity.</li> <li data-path-to-node="1,4"><strong data-path-to-node="1,4" data-index-in-node="0">Process Optimization:</strong> Partner with Product and Tech to refine processes and deposit logic. Provide operational requirements for new features, driving automation and scaling the onboarding of new partners while mitigating Operational Risk (OpRisk).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="1,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="1,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Currently enrolled</strong> in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Law, Marketing, or a related field.</li> <li data-path-to-node="1,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="1,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Prior internship or practical experience</strong> in startups, consulting, or operations is a plus.
