Then we are looking for you, starting immediately, as a Working Student (gn) in Purchasing at our production site near the university in Fulda.

Your Role

You support our purchasing team in day-to-day operations

You correspond with suppliers

You prepare requests for quotation for electronic components from our suppliers

You maintain quotations and order confirmations in SAP

You handle supplier complaints

Monitoring deadlines is also part of your role

Requirements

You are preferably studying business administration or have chosen a technical focus

You're fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, at a business level

Ideally, you already have some initial practical experience in purchasing

Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), ideally also SAP skills

You are a team player and work independently, in a structured way and reliably

You are open-minded and show initiative

You have a strong interest in purchasing and enjoy thinking outside the box
