Working Student / Intern (f/m/d) Business Development in MedTech

Who We Are

BTT Health manufactures medical devices for bone health. It produces the Marodyne LiV device – a leading clinically validated low-intensity vibration device for bone density, muscle function and mobility; a mega market for osteoporosis patients which represents one of the TOP 10 diseases in the western world according to the WHO. Moreover, it manufactures and distributes Bone4ce/Melmak for bone regeneration, both with distribution partners in the US, Canada, Australia and Central Europe.

In summer 2026, an investor group acquired the company. Now we're rebuilding BTT Health as a start-up with proven products: a sharper strategy, new markets and a broader portfolio. You'll work directly with our Head of Growth, one of the investors – and since we use AI to move fast as a small team, that's exactly where you come in.

What You'll Do

AI-Powered Workflows & Automation

● Spot the potential – find tasks in marketing, sales and admin that AI chatbots and agents can do faster and better

● Build it – set up AI workflows and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier, HubSpot), from prototype to daily use

● Digitize sales – help shape our CRM, sales reporting and dashboards

● Enable the team – create prompt templates, quick guides and mini-trainings

Sales & Business Development

● Partner support – help manage our distribution partners in the US, Canada, Australia and Central Europe

● New markets – research and qualify potential new distribution partners and markets

● Portfolio scouting – evaluate new products and technologies, from first research to a decision paper for management

● Deal prep – presentations, quotes, analyses and partner meetings

Marketing & Market Analysis (strategic focus)

● Campaigns & content – for our website, LinkedIn, newsletters and professional audiences – AI-assisted from idea to launch

● Market intelligence – research markets, competitors, trends and growth opportunities

● Science to story – turn clinical study data into clear content for partners, clinicians and patients

What You Bring

● Studies – Bachelor's or Master's student in business, industrial engineering, medtech, life sciences, informatics, healthcare management or similar

● Curiosity – real interest in medtech, medicine and technology – and in the business side

● AI-native – you use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot & co. daily; Power Automate, Zapier or Python is a plus

● Structured thinking – analytical, well organized and confident in Excel and PowerPoint (old school, we know, but we use it and need it)

● Languages – fluent in English, German is a big plus but no requirement

● Start-up energy – hands-on, full of ideas, at home in a fast-paced start-up

● Availability – up to 20 hours/week (more during semester breaks) for min. 6 months
