Salary: 27.500 - 47.500 € per year

Requirements:

Ongoing studies in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.

At least 12 months remaining until graduation.

Strong interest in IT, digital solutions, and service management processes.

Good understanding of common IT systems, applications, and technologies.

Analytical mindset and interest in working with data and process improvements.

Independent and structured working style in a dynamic environment.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.

Experience with ServiceNow or familiarity with ITIL practices is advantageous, but not essential.

German skills are advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

Analyse service tickets to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Support the creation of KPIs, dashboards, and reports to enable data-driven decision making.

Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge articles to improve documentation and user support.

Document meeting outcomes and action items to ensure transparency and effective follow-up.

Support process optimization initiatives across different IT service areas.

Collaborate with team members on the implementation and adoption of AI-driven capabilities and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
