Working Student, Operations & Supply Chain - Edeneve (all genders)

About the role:

We're looking for a Working Student to support our Operations team at Edeneve, our botanical skincare brand. As an Operations and Supply Chain intern, you will assist in performing the whole range of logistics activities that are needed to execute the operational side of a fast-growing e-commerce company.

So, what can you expect to work on?

Support inventory and stock management

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners

Update and maintain operational databases and documentation

Help prepare shipments and operational processes for new markets

Support reporting, monitor KPIs, and contribute to improving internal operational processes.

Work closely with different teams across the business

What you offer us

You're currently enrolled at a German university.

You can handle multiple briefings at once without losing track of the details

You communicate clearly and confidently across teams and keep everyone aligned on priorities and risks.

You take ownership and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You're comfortable working across multiple datasets and digital platforms

You're very good in English. Polish and German is a plus.

Nice to Have

First experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or Administration (internships are perfectly fine)

Experience using Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace

Interest in e-commerce, startups or consumer brands

Familiarity with ERP, CRM or inventory management systems
