About the Job
At DeepDrive, we're developing the next generation of electric drive units and shaping the future of mobility. Behind every technological breakthrough are the people who make it happen. That's why we're looking for a motivated Working Student to join our People Team.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in modern People Operations, take ownership of your own topics early on, and help us make our processes smarter, more efficient, and future-ready. Automation and AI are becoming increasingly important parts of how we work, and you'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to that journey.
As our company continues to grow, so do our People processes. We're continuously improving the way we work, building scalable structures, and exploring how modern technologies can help us focus on what matters most: our people.
You won't just support the team, you'll actively help shape how we work. You'll learn the foundations of People Operations, take ownership of your own responsibilities, and contribute ideas for improving processes and testing new solutions.
This position is based in Garching near Munich, for 20 hours per week, and is initially limited to 6 months.
Your Tasks
Support our People Team in day-to-day operations and help ensure smooth and efficient processes
Gradually take ownership of your own topics and smaller projects
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Contribute ideas on how AI can be used effectively within People Operations
Test and implement first automation solutions for recurring tasks
Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and gain insight into a growing deep-tech company
Your Profile
You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Alternatively, you're passionate about people topics and eager to gain practical HR experience
You work in a structured and reliable way and can keep track of multiple topics at the same time
You enjoy taking ownership, thinking proactively, and driving things forward
You communicate confidently in both German and English
Your Benefits
Hands-on experience with real challenges instead of purely theoretical work
The opportunity to contribute your own ideas and see their impact
Close collaboration with different teams and stakeholders across the company
Flexible working hours that fit around your studies
Lunch subsidy when working on-site
An open and collaborative culture with short decision-making paths and plenty of ownership
