About the Job
At DeepDrive, we're developing the next generation of electric drive units and shaping the future of mobility. Behind every technological breakthrough are the people who make it happen. That's why we're looking for a motivated Working Student to join our People Team.
As our company continues to grow, new People topics and projects continuously emerge. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a topic, diving deep into it, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
Rather than focusing on day-to-day People Operations, you'll work on dedicated projects that support our growth and employee experience. Depending on current priorities, this could include topics such as Employer Branding, Time Management, Work Location concepts, People Policies, or other strategic People initiatives.
You'll research best practices, develop concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and help turn ideas into reality. At the same time, you'll gain valuable insights into how People work is shaped in a growing deep-tech company.
This position is based in Garching near Munich, for 20 hours per week, and is initially limited to 6 months.
Your Tasks
Take ownership of one of our current People projects and drive it from concept to implementation
Research best practices, gather insights, and develop recommendations for your project area
Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and incorporate their perspectives
Structure project plans, define next steps, and ensure sustainable implementation
Support additional People projects depending on business needs and priorities
Gain exposure to broader People topics and learn how a modern People Team operates in a growing deep-tech company
Your Profile
You're currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Alternatively, you're passionate about topics such as Employer Branding, organizational development, company culture, or employee experience
You enjoy working independently and can structure and drive topics forward on your own
You're curious, proactive, and excited to dive deep into a topic and create meaningful outcomes
You communicate confidently in both German and English
Your Benefits
Ownership of projects with real impact from day one
The opportunity to shape initiatives and bring your own ideas to life
Close collaboration with different teams and stakeholders across the company
Flexible working hours that fit around your studies
Lunch subsidy when working on-site
An open and collaborative culture with short decision-making paths and plenty of ownership
